Delivery IT Recruitment Consultant
 

Bangura Solutions are looking to further expand our sales team and have an exciting career opportunity available for a Delivery IT Recruitment Consultant.

You will be directly reporting into a Managing Director who has recent experience of developing, coaching and mentoring individuals from Trainee Consultant level through to Directorship level running a c£20m business. We are now looking to expend the team with a Delivery IT Recruitment Consultant to support us recruit in our established existing client portfolio of accounts, as well as the new accounts. This opportunity can offer a fast-track career opportunity into a leadership / management opportunity to establish a new Delivery Team for our Business.  

This career opportunity will be focusing on recruiting IT Professionals – Data, Digital Transformation and Technology Professionals.  Connecting you with some of most technically astute and innovative enablers to help our clients achieve their growth ambitions.

Your responsibilities will involve:

  • Business Account Development
  • Resourcing candidates a variety of niche IT roles
  • Placing niche Technology and Digital Transformation Contractors
  • Telephone sales to expand our service offerings for niche IT Contractors
  • Negotiating with Contractors
  • Maintaining our strong internal database (CRM)
  • Securing client meetings to strengthen our relationships
  • Building and expanding candidate relationships
  • Providing an excellent aftersales service

Previous Sales experience:

  • Likely to have at least 2+ years successful Sales experience
  • You are likely to have been a top performer in your past sales jobs
  • You will have a passion for exceeding targets and/or goals
  • You will be thrived in working as part of a collaborative team, as well as an individual
  • You will be driven in wanting to have a success career
  • You will have good evidence of progression made in previous jobs

Any previous Delivery Recruitment experience would be extremely advantageous but is not essential.  We are using the latest innovate cloud solutions to allow full remote working.

Previous Sales experience:

  • You are likely to have been a top 3 performer in your past sales jobs
  • You will have a passion for exceeding targets and/or goals within a dynamic sales environment
  • You will be thrived in working as part of a collaborative team, as well as an individual, in a dynamic sales environment
  • You will be driven in becoming a high performer, outperforming those with industry as well as the company
  • You will have good evidence of progression made in previous sales jobs
