Technical Major incident Manager required with strong technical skills with an operational background


 Managing High Priority and Major Incidents to resolution within a complex SIAM environment.

• Accountable for escalations and communications
• Performing sanity checking on all Incidents ensuring an improved customer experience.
• You will be an Ambassador for Service Introduction and Acceptance, introducing new support processes.
• Business liaison and conduit to all 3rd party tower suppliers
• Pro-actively identifying client solutions, improving productivity and eliminating weak areas..
• Collaborating with other business areas – Supplier, Problem and Change Management.
• Delivering project work to deadlines and within budget.
• Onboarding new starters to the Team and delivering training to required standards.
• Providing out of hours support, in the event that this is needed.

Government department extremely advantageous
