Our client withing the banking sector seeks an experienced banking professional with a passion for shaping innovative financial solutions? We are seeking a Senior consultant with strong domain expertise in banking, financial crime, KYC, AML, CRM, Payments, Transfers, and Card services, combined with robust technical skills.

About the Role:

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead critical projects that drive compliance, customer engagement, and payments innovation. Your expertise will help us deliver seamless, secure, and compliant banking solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Leverage your deep banking domain knowledge in financial crime, KYC, AML, CRM, Payments, Transfers, and Card services.

Conduct data analysis, gap analysis, and needs assessments using Power BI, Python, PySpark, and SQL.

Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Manage the full SDLC lifecycle, including Agile Scrum methodologies, deployment, and testing.

Document business, stakeholder, and solution requirements with clarity and precision.

Utilise tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence to track progress and ensure project transparency.

Experience

Extensive experience in banking domain areas such as financial crime, KYC, AML, CRM, Payments, Transfers, and Card solutions.

Strong technical proficiency in Power BI, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Python, PySpark, and SQL.

Proven experience in data analysis, gap analysis, and solution design.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with large and diverse teams.

Sound understanding of SDLC, Scrum, and deployment processes.

Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to capture and document complex requirements accurately.
