Technical/Engineer Lead - Defence, Agile, Python, Cloud, SQL, Microservices, Hybrid DV Cleared'
Our client seeks an entrepreneurial Technical/Engineering Lead to build and lead high-performing Agile teams, delivering innovative solutions. You'll combine technical expertise with strategic leadership to tackle complex security and data challenges.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor small engineering teams (4-8), fostering a culture of excellence and rapid delivery.
Define resilient, scalable architectures for secure, disconnected environments.
Drive AI/data engineering, including data pipelines and LLM deployment.
Collaborate with UK government stakeholders, ensuring "Secure by Design."
Develop technical roadmaps for cloud migration and system interoperability.
Key Skills:
Proficiency in Python, GoLang, Java, TypeScript/Node.js.
Hands-on AWS/Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes.
Strong SQL/NoSQL data modelling.
Experience with CI/CD, microservices, and security principles.
Active DV clearance is required for this role.
