Our prestigious clients are currently looking for a proven Analyst required to lead the functional design of the Supply Chain Control Tower; design phased delivery of the target state and prioritise with the business to fill key gaps and uplift SC&O reporting to gain increased visibility and enhance data driven decision-making capabilities; responsible for the project management and liaising between delivery and business teams to ensure timely delivery of business objectives

The Control Tower Functional Analyst will lead the functional design of Supply Chain reporting/Control Tower solutions. The role requires to design and manage delivery of the reporting target state. Collect & prioritise requirements with the business to fill key reporting gaps; uplift Supply Chain & Logistics reporting to gain increased visibility and enhance data driven decision-making capabilities. Facilitate business engagement and cross functional team delivery.

  • Hands-on delivery and/or consulting experience in Supply Chain Control Tower/Reporting in a dynamic and complex environment
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in the functional design of high-quality reporting/Control Tower solutions
  • Previous hands on experience developing and implementing reporting/ Control Tower processes
  • Ability to gather and understand business and technical requirements by working closely with the operations teams
  • Ability to project manage and liaise between delivery and business teams to ensure timely delivery of business objectives
  • Seasoned in building strong relationships across the organisation to gain buy-in and move initiatives forward
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
