Our Client within the Public Sector requires a proven ServiceNow Architect to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, solve complex business problems, and transform them into ServiceNow solutions

To be conversant with the ServiceNow instance and architecture of the environment Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes
Provide guidance to Customers on the usage of ServiceNow in line with its design Identify environment issues and propose remediation solutions
Design and maintain the Service Catalogue, including defining and configuring items, order guides, and workflows
Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications, ensuring data flows seamlessly
Develop and customize the ServiceNow Portal and ServiceNow applications in line with the needs of the Customer

Identify and resolve performance issues and optimize ServiceNow instances.
Keep up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices and industry trends to ensure efficient and effective use of the platform

Proven track record of improving processes and effectiveness through automation.
Strong understanding of IT service management and the ITIL framework.
Demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of enterprise-level solutions.
Proficient in creating comprehensive and strategic ServiceNow architecture plans.
Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with Customers, team members and stakeholders
