Senior Test Engineer – Informatica, AWS, SQL, Data, Oracle, SC Cleared, Hybrid

 

We are seeking an experienced SC cleared Senior Test Engineer to lead and shape our clients testing strategies, provide technical guidance, and oversee all testing activities. You will drive quality improvements, standardise best practices, and collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional service

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

Define testing strategy and approach 

Lead multiple test teams and provide technical guidance 

Manage testing delivery, ensuring quality, time, and cost targets 

Identify and implement testing tools and infrastructure improvements 

Promote best practices, reusable resources, and standardisation 

Collaborate across teams, highlighting dependencies and priorities 

Ensure security, accessibility, and performance are embedded in services

 

Requirements: 

 

Proven experience in test planning, strategy, and execution 

Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills 

Expertise in non-functional testing techniques and tools 

Ability to mentor teams and communicate effectively 

Deep understanding of digital technology limitations and opportunities
