Senior SOC Manager - – SOC Strategy, Remote

Proven Senior SOC Manager with active SC Clearance, with strong experience in developing the SOC Strategy and defining the overall Security Operations environment within a Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) for a large government department.

This role requires a thought leader who is accustomed to supporting executive leadership teams in building a world-class secure Security Operations Centre, defining the roadmap, operational technology decisions, and cyber threat activities. Suited Senior SOC Managers will have proven experience in influencing and motivating Security Operations teams of staff to deliver and push the boundaries in creating a secure cyber operational environment.

The ideal candidate will have recently completed a similar long-term role in implementing SOC Strategy into another large government organisation's secure environment, and are likely to be keen to apply lessons learnt in a new environment, challenging yourself.
