Senior Product Manager - Government, Roadmaps, Strategy, Stakeholder Engagement, Agile, Hybrid, London

We are seeking an experienced product leader with a passion for improving safety and organisational outcomes to support a key business strategy priority and the funded commitment to enhance safety management across the organisation's estate. This pivotal role will help build the evidence base for future investment decisions, ensuring effective allocation of resources and reducing the risk of underspend over a three-year funding period.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for complex, high-risk services within the Organisation

Lead multidisciplinary teams, prioritising work based on user insights, data, and organisational objectives.

Coach and mentor Product Managers, enhancing capability and embedding best practice across the product function.

Manage stakeholder relationships, including influencing senior leaders and fostering collaboration across organisational boundaries.

Drive products through discovery, alpha, beta, and live service phases, employing Agile and Lean methodologies.

Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.

Skills & Experience Required:

Strong experience setting product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for complex or high-risk services.

Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and prioritise work using user insight, data, and organisational outcomes.

Demonstrable experience coaching and mentoring Product Managers, improving capability and strengthening product practice.

Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders and building agreement across organisational boundaries.

Experience leading products through discovery, alpha, beta, and live service phases using Agile and Lean approaches.

Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and ensure successful delivery within a dynamic environment.
