An exciting opportunity has become available with our prestigious client who is a prominent government department. The client is seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join their welcoming team.
The Senior Infrastructure Engineer Role:
Technology Services provide the foundations upon which digital services for the organisation are developed and operate. Our purpose is to deliver secure, effective, and cost-efficient digital infrastructure services and to run live IT operations that support the organisation’s business objectives. We do this by putting users and quality of service at the heart of what we do.
• We are seeking an experienced End User Computing Engineer to join the team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, resilient services and building a user experience control centre focused on performance.
• As an End User Computing Engineer, your main responsibilities will be to:
• Deliver a digital workplace that enhances operational efficiency and user productivity.
• Provide high-quality IT services and support to end-users.
• Build and maintain a world-class performance-focused user experience control center.
• Exploit and enhance hybrid cloud services to improve flexibility and scalability.
• Protect and secure the services to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in end-user computing services.

What Senior Infrastructure Engineer Will Need:
• Significant experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), particularly Intune and Google Workspace.
• Proven hands-on experience in configuring, managing, and owning the technical capability of MDM solutions.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in the MDM space.
• Understanding of performance benchmarking, fault detection, and fault resolution.
• Significant experience with SaaS service monitoring tools and controls for ensuring performance and reliability.
• Substantial knowledge of cloud-based technologies and services, particularly hybrid cloud environments.
• SC Clearance
