Senior Engineer – Kubernetes, Change Management, ITIL, Infrastructure, Hybrid Poland

We are seeking a skilled professional Engineer to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of our infrastructure platform. In this role, you will collaborate with teams to diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues, support the deployment and maintenance of our Kubernetes environment, and drive continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and optimize the reliability, availability, and performance of our infrastructure platform.

Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges.

Support the deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Kubernetes clusters.

Conduct root cause analysis for issues and implement reliability enhancements.

Provide 24/7 support on an on-call basis, including weekend coverage.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Kubernetes administration, with at least 3 years of hands-on expertise.

Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture, concepts, and troubleshooting tools.

Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies.

Unix system administration experience.

Experience with Service Meshes is advantageous.

Familiarity with ITIL processes, automation, and infrastructure as code practices.

Ability to analyse logs and monitoring data to identify issues and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficiency in English; strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across diverse teams.
