Senior DevOps Engineer (IAM & Cloud Solutions). API, Python, Debugging, Hybrid Geneva,
We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM), cloud platforms, and container orchestration. You will play a key role in designing, deploying, and maintaining IAM solutions across cloud and hybrid environments, ensuring security, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Qualifications:
Significant experience in DevOps engineering with a deep understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
Expertise in programming and API design with Python, Java, Go, Bash, or equivalent.
Proficiency in RUST, Python, C, Bash, and Korn Shell – considered an expert.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Strong knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools and practices.
Ability to perform cross-functional debugging across application and infrastructure layers.
Comprehensive understanding of system architecture and platform components.
Strong team spirit, autonomy, rigor, and ability to work in an agile environment.
Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and maintain IAM platforms and solutions in cloud and hybrid setups.
Automate integration, deployment, and identity/access management processes utilising DevOps tools.
Collaborate closely with security, infrastructure, and development teams to ensure access compliance and security standards.
Contribute to defining and implementing security, audit, and access management policies.
Monitor, diagnose, and resolve IAM-related incidents and issues promptly.
Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in IAM and DevOps technologies.
