An exciting opportunity has become available with our prestigious client who is a prominent government department. The client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join their welcoming team.

The Scrum Master Role:

Our client are looking for a scrum master to join the team Agile, Tools and Process in the new department Marketing & Communications. The mission of the team is to guide and lead the agile transformation within the department Marketing & Communication. The scrum master will have a role on cluster level and will facilitate the agile working in different squads (max 4 squads). Continuous Improvement and regular review of the way of working, processes are important.
Leading this agile transformation as a servant leader is important. Coaching the squad in their roles, collaboration and agile values is key. Continuous improvement to improve the processes and way of working will be a priority.

• You are responsible for driving change and agility throughout your cluster and the different squads
• You facilitate the agile ceremonies on cluster & squad level
• You are steering the continuous improvement cycle in our cluster towards the most impactful improvements in collaboration with the product owner, the squad and other meaningful stakeholders 
• Foster an agile culture and elaborate team dynamics
• Coaching and facilitating on doing and being agile

What the Scrum Master Will Need:

• Strong speaking and writing in French, English and Dutch
• At least 1 years of relevant experience in as a scrum master in a transformation context
• Experience with coaching and implementing on agile values
• Experience with process improvements in complex bank environments
• Experience in marketing & communications environments
• Experience with IT projects, applications and tooling
• Adobe Campaign
• Wrike or other agile backlog tooling
