Our client within the private sector requires a proven Business Analyst with a strong Data Analytic background to support their existing data team in data management, database technical support.
Focusing on analysing and utilising their CRM data and processes to drive business growth. This would suit someone with a good background with analysing data in Salesforce, with solid bu siness analysis skills
Ideally you will have experience with recruitment process flow/Customer onboarding
With a strong background in data migration and data mapping experience
Experienced in Identify opportunities to deliver increased business value from the CRM platform.
Experienced in Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the effectiveness of the CRM system
Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off on specification from others working on the project.
