Project Manager – Infrastructure, Design, Construction, Delivery, NEC4, DV Cleared

Exciting long-term Project Manager role available for a hands-on delivery-focused Manager to drive the delivery of a business-critical Programme with the public sector into its next phase.

You will be working in a team on Infrastructure projects and construction programmes from start to finish, which requires a Design phase skillset as part of the process you will also be delivering assigned projects in accordance with requirements, operational constraints, time, cost, and quality.

A strong Leader, with coaching, and developing skills to help the team

Delivery of Construction projects of work start to finish

Working in partnership with all stakeholders, external partners, and consultancies

Experience

1. Construction project delivery from start to finish – design phase

2. Stakeholder engagement at all levels, managing partnerships with building consultancies and external partners

3. NEC4 Contract experience.
