Programme Support Manager – Agile, Government, Non Digital, Mentoring, Hybrid £650

We are seeking a proactive Programme Support Manager to lead and inspire the team to achieve outstanding results. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering motivated, collaborative teams by removing barriers and maintaining focus on key priorities for product and service delivery. You will champion continuous improvement initiatives and mentor team members in Agile and Lean methodologies.

A key aspect of this role involves working directly with accelerators and policy teams—facilitating their efforts and ensuring the achievement of successful outcomes. If you are passionate about driving performance and enabling teams to excel.

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience in Programme ManagementExpertise in Agile delivery, particularly in non-digital environmentsStrong coaching skills, with the ability to guide multi-disciplinary teams towards successful delivery
