A senior leadership role responsible for delivering the organisation's large-scale legal practice management transformation, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, governance, and successful programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the LPM programme across all workstreams and teams.
Build and lead a high-performing, resilient team.
Finalise and secure approval for the Business Case.
Develop and deliver the Beta phase plan, including development, testing, and business change.
Monitor benefits realisation and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
Oversee budget, ensuring accurate reporting and early alerts.
Provide high-quality reporting to governance forums.
Ensure compliance with government standards and GDS service requirements.
Foster collaboration across teams to deliver quality outcomes.
Key Outcomes
On-time, within scope, and budget delivery.

Experience & Skills
Proven success in managing large-scale tech transformation programmes.
Experience with government assurance gates and GDS assessments.

Knowledge of digital/data principles and business change.
Experience with Legal Practice Management or case management systems (desirable).
