Develop and communicate a compelling service vision and roadmap, managing risks while meeting user and business objectives.

Represent your service area to senior officials and stakeholders, drawing insights from diverse user, commercial, and service data.

Foster a digital-first culture within your team, department, and the wider civil service.

Manage Legacy technology within your service area, addressing risks and planning for modernisation.

Lead and develop a high-performing team using service design, user-centred, data-driven, cloud-based delivery practices-primarily focused on replacing Legacy systems.
