Our prestigious clients are currently looking for a proven Process Capture Practitioner required to support the capture of processes using a defined methodology and reporting into the Senior Process Capture Practitioner for Supply & Logistics division.

You will need to standardize all processes for a smooth transition. Process mapping/ process improvement within demand planning, forecasting, procurement and purchasing of goods, warehousing & Supply chain

The candidate will: -

  • support the development of the SC&L Playbook through process capture, creating the founda-tion for change
  • be responsible for capturing the processes undertaken by all functions of the SC&L pillars to both ‘Level 2’ & ‘Level 3’
  • support the capture of improvement opportunities through policy cascade
  • Arrange training through Process Standardisation Governance Lead to ensure processes being captured are supported by the incumbent process resources
  • ensure that the process resources are meeting deadlines in line with expectation and the de-fined plan
  • use a pre-defined structured reporting system to feedback progress against tasks and objectives by functional area

Key Skills

  • Process Mapping experience utilising either or all the following; MIFA, Swim lane, SIPOC, RACI, MDI, 3C
  • have worked within Continuous Improvement environment as either a consultant or trainer of lean tools & whilst not essential, would have an advantage if they had proven problem solving experience
  • have experience of writing Standard Operating Procedures
  • have experience of lean tools and methodologies
  • have good interpersonal skills and have experience of coaching
