Oracle HCM Consultant – Functional, Payroll/Absence

Proven Oracle HCM Functional Consultant required with expert Payroll and Absence experience. You will be joining an in-flight project. You will be working at a lead level on an enterprise HCM solution. Suited candidates will have strong Fast Formula experience and will have completed at least 2 full end-to-end HCM Payroll implementations previously. You will be comfortable in leading and contributing to workshops when required.

This role will suit an individual who is accustomed to supporting the business to implement enterprise solutions that are best suited to the organisation. You will have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to hit the ground running on a project.
