An exciting opportunity has become available with our prestigious client who is a prominent government department. The client is seeking an experienced Operations Officer - Junior to join their welcoming team.
The Operations Officer - Junior Role:
The Back-office team is part of the B2B Onboarding Professionals department within Alpha Credit's operations. It takes care of orders, validation and payment of professional Leasing/Renting requests via our B2B channel, but also of the entire after-sales part. We are looking for an "admin" type profile, bilingual, to handle the files encoded by our partners in the automotive sector. The mission is planned for a period of 6 months.
What the Operations Officer - Junior Will Need:
- At least 1 years of relevant experience
- Fluent on French or Dutch with good command of English
- Good expertise in MS Office
- Strong communicator, diplomatic and customer-oriented
- Able to work independently
- Stress resistant and flexible
- Problem-solver
- Accuracy and precision, quality-minded
