Our Client within the Banking Sector require a IT Infrastructure 3rd line Support Specialist. You will be responsible for the provision and support of all infrastructure services to the Bank.
Experience
- Experience in 3rd Line Support (Network Infrastructure & Application)
- Virtual Environments (VMware and specifically Nutanix)
- Firewall Configuration Management (Fortinet/Fortigate/zScaler)
- Experience with Citrix environments (LTSR 24.02)
- Vulnerability Management/Patch Management
- CISCO network configuration and management including Call Manager - Essential
- SQL Server Administration
- Troubleshooting Windows hardware, laptops, peripherals and Servers
- Windows 10/11, Office Suite
- Windows Server, AD, Group Policy Management, DNS
- Support users to make effective use of systems by working as a single point of contact between users and IT service management
- Server & Active Directory administration, creating user accounts, group policy, groups and distribution list and profiles
- Office 365 assistance, set recovery retention and litigation on user mailboxes (Two Factor Authentication) managing mailboxes, permissions
- Desktop and laptop support and building/installation
- AS400 administration (core banking)
