IAM Analyst - Cost Benefit, Finance, Banking, modelling, Hybrid.
Our client within the banking sector is seeking an experienced Cost Benefit Analyst with a strong background in Identity Management and global organisations. Reporting to the Programme Director, you will analyse operational efficiencies and quantify cost savings for our innovative IAM programme.
Responsibilities:
Analyse job roles, processes, and cost trendsAssess operational cost-effectiveness and recommend improvementsCollaborate with teams and stakeholders for data insightsSupport budgeting and financial modellingPresent findings to senior leadership
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field2+ years in cost/financial analysisProficient in Excel and financial modelingStrong analytical and communication skills
Preferred:
Advanced financial metrics knowledge
Skills:
Data analysis, financial modeling, BI toolsCost accounting familiarityExcellent communicator and team player
Location:
Willing to commute to Sheffield up to 3 days/week.
