Forward Deployment Engineer – AI, Software, Full-Stack, Database, SC Cleared

Our Client within the Public Sector seeks a proven SC cleared Forward Deployment Engineer to join our well-established team, where you’ll develop and deploy innovative AI solutions

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with frontline staff to understand their needs, co-create impactful solutions, and take ownership of the entire delivery process—from initial problem discovery to deployment and scaling. This is a fast-paced, high-autonomy position perfect for engineers eager to work across the full AI and software stack in a meaningful context.

Build and deploy scalable AI products, models, and agents used across the organisation

Engage directly with end-users to gather insights and co-develop tailored solutions.

Lead end-to-end delivery, from identifying challenges to deploying solutions and expanding adoption.

Collaborate across teams to ensure practical, responsible AI implementation.

Requirements:

Proven experience building and deploying AI-native software in production settings.

Full-stack expertise in frontend, backend, databases, and AI/ML solutions.

Experience developing predictive models, LLM workflows, scheduling systems, etc.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively across different teams.

Up-to-date knowledge of the latest AI advancements.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with our tech stack: NextJS, FastAPI, Postgres.

Familiarity with LLM observability and evaluation tools like Langfuse.

Cloud infrastructure experience (Terraform, Azure, etc.).

Background in startups or entrepreneurial environments.
