ERP Implementation Contract Manager, Hybrid-Liverpool, £650
Great opportunity for a proven ERP Implementation Contract Manager to complete Finalise and manage the ERP supplier contract, including negotiations, drafting, and refining contract documents. Oversee supplier performance against SLAs and change control provisions and ensure full compliance with CCS framework rules.
Essential
Lead end-to-end contracting activities with the chosen supplierDraft, review, and negotiate core agreements, schedules, SOWs, SLA/OLA, pricing annexes, and change control clauses.Identify and mitigate commercial risks and issues.Establish contract governance, change control processes, invoicing procedures, and performance reporting cadence.Mobilise contracts with suppliers and key stakeholders.Validate pricing models, payment milestones, and exit provisions.Advise and support the ERP Programme Board on all contractual and procurement matters.
Provide support to CPU in the decommissioning of existing system contracts.Provide commercial oversight during implementation, reviewing change requests, managing contract variations, and enforcing SLAs.Monitor contract performance against KPIs and deliver periodic compliance performance reports.Act as a key point of contact for suppliers on contractual issues.Conduct regular supplier service review meetings and service improvement meetings.Coordinate contract close-out activities.Manage contract renewals and recurring payments to suppliers.
