Dynamics 365 CRM Power Developer - SC Cleared

Proven SC Cleared Dynamics 365 CRM Power Developer required with strong Canvas Apps/PowerApps experience. The role will give you AI builder and D365 Copilot experience. You will help support the business on how this can be configured, and security features - KBA will be implemented.

Key skills required

• CRM Embedded Canvas Apps (PowerApps)
• Multi-session (Customer Service Workspace) Model Driven Apps
• Good knowledge and experience of setting up and administering Agent Scripting and Macro Customer service hub and customer service workspace (and the transition between them)
• Knowledge of, and experience implementing, unified routing skill-based assignment, and quick case/long case set up
• Configuring queues and implementing/updating routing rulesSecurity roles, forms, views, sub grids.
• Power platform skills - including building workflows for call logging (or similar), escalations and case assignmentSomeone who has an understanding of the security, compliance and data access limitations of using copilot/Ai features in CRM

The ideal candidate will have recently completed a similar contract role in another government secure environment.

This role will require Active SC Clearance.
