ur client seeks a proven Tech/CRM Architect. You will play a pivotal role in designing and leading the deployment of sophisticated CRM solutions and Power Platform integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide development efforts, and ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Extensive experience in IT, with a proven track record as a Solution or Technical Architect specialising in D365 CRM and Power Platform.

Hands-on expertise in D365 Architecture, Landscape, and Design, including Configuration, Customisations (Plugins, JavaScript, Custom Workflows), and Integrations (APIs, Web API, WCF).

Strong knowledge of Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Portals, Canvas Apps, and Azure services.

Deep understanding of CRM modules and Power Apps Portals.

Experience in Code Reviews, Solution Enhancements, and Technical & Functional Design Reviews.

Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring development teams.

Proficiency in JavaScript and Plugins development.

Solid grasp of Application Lifecycle Management best practices.

Exceptional collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in Solution Deployment within complex environments.
