An exciting opportunity has become available with our prestigious client who is a prominent government department. The client is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their welcoming team.
The Commercial Manager Role:
1. Working with the sponsors lead the formation of agreements for the design, development and implementation of projects.
2. Liaise with sponsors to understand what agreements are required and by when. Maintain a tracker providing full visibility of agreements required.
3. Work with Corporate Commercial to ensure agreements reflect the sponsors requirements and accurately capture any risks associated with the works/services
4. Provide coaching and development to the sponsors as appropriate.
What Commercial Manager Need:
1. Strong experience in a Commercial Manager position within the public sector
2. Ability to work in a team and across different functions/organisations
3. Good communicator
4. Ability to drive through agreements to conclusion
5. Experience of writing scope documents
