An exciting opportunity has become available with our prestigious client who is a prominent government department. The client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their welcoming team.
The Business Analyst Role:
- You will work closely with the business to review complex service processes and identify improvements
- You will lead on embedding a business improvement way of working at all levels and demonstrate the value of working in this way
- You will ensure that our business analysis practices are reviewed regularly to make sure they’re still fit for purpose and in line with industry best practice
- You will work on business cases to ensure that our projects and programmes are delivering best practice
- You will support our Assistant Business Analysts to help them successfully achieve their work objectives through sharing your knowledge and expertise
What Business Analyst Will Need:
- Passion for delivering change that benefits the community
- Business Analyst qualification or equivalent experience
- Understanding and improving processes
- Experience facilitating workshops
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills as well as attention to detail
- Ability to build good inter-personal skills and be able to work with cross-functional teams
