Our client seeks a proven DV cleared Agile Delivery Manager to support their multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful public-sector digital services. Work with government and public bodies using modern, user-centered approaches. Ideal for an experienced professional with strong judgment, collaboration, and outcome focus.

 

Responsibilities: 

Enable teams to plan, prioritise, and deliver in complex environments 

Manage risks, issues, and dependencies 

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders 

Apply Agile principles pragmatically, balancing user needs and value 

Make tough delivery decisions based on evidence 

Coach teams and support continuous improvement 

Engage stakeholders and manage expectations 

Support budget and supplier management

 

Requirements: 

 

Delivery management, Agile project management, or programme experience 

Proven track record in delivering measurable outcomes 

Risk and issue management skills 

Stakeholder engagement experience 

Ability to support team development and capability building 

Knowledge of government standards (desirable) 

Experience in public sector or government delivery (preferred)
