Data Delivery & Technical Engagement Lead- London, UK - Insurance

We are seeking an experienced Data SME with a strong background in AWS to drive a long-term cloud data modernisation program. This role involves acting as the primary technical intermediary between client stakeholders and offshore teams, ensuring seamless delivery of a modern data platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead client engagement, facilitate agile ceremonies, and provide technical oversight.

Manage client relationships, ensuring transparent communication and trust.

Own end-to-end delivery, track progress, mitigate risks, and support scaling.

Review and validate architecture and data solutions against AWS best practices.

Coordinate offshore teams, maintaining alignment and consistency.

Ensure adherence to governance, security, and engineering standards.

Required Skills:

Hands-on AWS Data & Analytics expertise (Glue, Redshift, Lambda, Spark, Delta Lake, Hudi)

Strong data engineering and architecture skills (ETL/ELT, Data Lakehouse, MDM)

Proven leadership in multi-pod offshore delivery

Excellent stakeholder management and communication

Domain knowledge of Lloyd's & London Market (preferred)
